Requirements for enrollment:
- Children must be age 2 or older by September 1, 2008 to enroll in preschool.
- The child’s age on September 1 st *(either age 2, 3, 4 or 5) will determine which age group the child is placed with. Children who are 2 by Dec. 31 st may enroll in the 5- day 2 year old program as they become 2 and are potty proficient.
- Children must be potty proficient.
- Children must have a current Student Health Exam Form (DH-3040) and a Florida Certificate of Immunization Form (DH 680) supplied and signed by a physician.

*An annual activity fee of $45 will be due at the start of school to cover monthly theater performances and a class photo.
If tuition for the 2008-2009 school year is paid in full by May 1, 2008, the total amount due will be reduced by 5%.
Payment Options:
- Annual payment plan - Tuition for the 2008-2009 school year is due in full on or before May 1, 2008 and is subject to the 5% discount discussed above.
- Monthly payment plan - Tuition is paid in 10 equal installments. Thefirst payment is due with registration. The remaining 9 payments are due on the first day of each month beginning September 2, 2008, with the last payment due on May 1, 2009. There is a $30 fee for payments received after the 10 th day of each month.
- Weekly payment plan - This option is available only to students in Full Care (see below). Two weekly payments are due with registration. The remaining 39 payments are due on Monday of each week beginning September 2 , 2008, with the last payment due on May 25, 2009. There is a $10 fee for payments received after Wednesday of each week.
Extra Care is offered as follows:
- Before School Care is $5.00 per day (from 7:30 to 8:30).
- After School Care is $10.00 per day (from 3:00 to 5:30), $20.00 per day (from 11:30 to 3:00) or $30.00 per day (from 11:30 to 5:30).
- Full Care for 5 days per week ( 7:30 to 5:30) is $160 per week and includes tuition.
- Full Care for 3 days per week ( 7:30 to 5:30) is $125 per week and includes tuition.
- Lunch Bunch is $8.00 per day (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11:30 to 1:00).
Payments for Before and After School Care are due on the Monday after the care was provided. Due to licensing ratio requirements, Extra Care charges are for a block of time rather than on an hourly basis.
